After the sample has passed the inspection, the sample shall be submitted to the customer as soon as possible and the customer shall confirm or give feedback.

1, the sample of the cut

The size of the sample is generally taken according to the customer's requirements. If the customer does not explicitly request it, it can be cut according to the following general requirements.

(1) Cut at least 1cm in length in the longitudinal direction of the grey fabric. If dyeing experiments are required, woven fabrics typically require 5-15 cm samples, and knitted fabrics require 3-5 kg ​​samples.

(2) When cutting a sample of a grey cloth , the cutting mouth should be straight and neat, and the cloth surface should be clean and flat. The phenomenon of uneven cutting, skew, and stains on the cloth surface must not be allowed.

2, the sample packaging

The cut sample cloth is neatly folded into a suitable size, and the package should be neat, firm, waterproof and anti-fouling.

3, the identification of the sample

The identification of the sample is very important. If multiple samples are sent at the same time, the identification must be clear, accurate and easy to distinguish. The contents of the logo should include the order number, product name, customer name, line density, quantity, color, size, size, weight, etc.
